Through idiosyncratic amenities and creative initiatives, the hotel aims to disrupt traditional art patronage and develop a forum for musicians, painters and patrons to socialize and connect. Parc Office developed the creative direction, business strategy, and programming for a potential first location, The Exchange. The hotel programming is organized around a common, central atrium that is both a performance venue and social space. Rooms double as studio spaces, and a library collects media produced within the hotel.
