After moving the hotel’s restaurant to the ground floor to facilitate hotel operations, Parc re-imagined the space as a quintessential Parisian bistro. The bright, welcoming space is easily noticed by and accessible to pedestrian traffic, and the restaurant’s classic feel has been updated with contemporary design elements. Parc also oversaw the redesign of the hotel’s bar.
