After moving the hotel bar to the second floor, Parc re-imagined the space as an exclusive speak-easy with an understated, modern design. The bar’s large picture windows offer views of the Palais Garnier, and the space features work by the city’s prominent graffiti artists. Parc also oversaw the redesign of the hotel’s restaurant.
